At Shree Kala Kendra, we are committed to maintaining discipline, commitment, and quality in our Bharatanatyam training programs, workshops, and events.

Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Shree Kala Kendra, including but not limited to:

Admission fees.
Monthly or yearly tuition fees
Workshop fees
Event registration fees
Costume or performance-related payments
Online class fees

are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be provided.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error
A payment was charged incorrectly by mistake from our side

Any approved exception will be reviewed and processed solely at the discretion of Shree Kala Kendra.

Class Absence

No refunds, fee adjustments, or make-up compensation will be provided for:

Missed classes
Student absence
Schedule conflicts
Personal reasons
